The Recruitment Process

The Company’s aim is to recruit the right person for the right position at the right time.
All applications to BelMARK are processed by our Human Resources and Administration Department where your application will be reviewed and distributed to the appropriate Department under the strictest confidence. Should your application meet the requested criteria for vacancies in our international operations you will be contacted by a recruiter for interview arrangements. Prospective candidates invited for an interview will be informed about BelMARK’s operations and will learn about the opportunities BelMARK can offer them. Successful candidates will join induction courses prior the start of their employment which will introduce them to BelMARK’s policies and procedures and the various project developments. Upon completion of the interview and recruitment process those not selected will be advised accordingly.
